About the First Draft of Knight
When I first got the idea for what became the Chess Series, I knew that Retta and Anders were my main characters. I had the idea that Retta was having trouble getting pregnant, and that she was much more attracted to Anders than to her husband Lucian. This is my first pass at the story.
